ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders that are placed before 12pm PST / 3pm EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.


TRACKING

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

BUY ONLINE AND PICK-UP IN STORE FREE!

  1. Place Your Order Online Select "Local Pickup" as the shipping method at checkout.
  2. Receive Email Confirmation Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know that it's ready to be pick up.
  3. Pick Up Order At Store Bring your 'Ready for Pick Up' email in print or on your mobile phone.

Please Note:

*If you placed an order for In-Store Pickup on Monday-Thursday and it is paid for, you'll be able to pick it up on Friday's with our shipping department. Unfortunately, no adjustments can be made to the order when picking up. Any changes will need to be made the following business day during open office hours. 

*Most orders are ready within two hours, however, please allow for extra processing time for large orders. Store pickups are only ready for orders confirmed via Pickup Ready Notification email.

*Orders that are not picked up within 7 days will be returned to stock and we will issue a refund. Refunds will be made on the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
